How do I place an order?

What product lead times can I expect?
Items in stock typically ship within one-two weeks upon receipt
of an order. Items on back order may take between three to four
weeks, except for new products, which may take up to two months.
To confirm lead times, please contact our customer service department.
What is your return policy?
Authorized returns are accepted up to 15 days after receipt.
Before returning any merchandise, please contact our customer service
department to receive a written authorization, which is required
for all returns.
How do I open an account?
New accounts are opened at the discretion of Lamp Works. We will
request information to validate all new customers. Please contact
our customer service department for further information.
Are there drop ship charges?
Yes, all orders that are drop shipped to an address other than
what is registered in our computer will incur a $15.00 drop ship
charge.
Are there below minimum charges?
Yes, all orders that are below reorder minimum will incur a $15.00
below minimum charge.
Can Lamp Works "rush" an
order?
Yes, we will try our best to "rush" an order upon request
although this service cannot be guaranteed |
